ProvideguidelinesforeffectiveuseofITservicestoCSPCinternalstaff.
Trackproblemtickets.
Assignproblemticketsto2ndlevelITSupportstaff.
Escalatespecial(specific)problemstoITSupportrelevantstaff.
Manageandmaintaindailyoperationaldocuments,weeklyandmonthlyreportsfromITCallCentreSystem.
