ITCallCentreprovidesservicesinITsupporttoallend-usersinternaltoCSPC,covering1stleveland2ndlevelsupportfor+PCand+users.SystemAnalyst-CallCentreisresponsiblefortheprovisionofsupportinclusiveoftrouble-shootclientusers’hardwareandsoftware.

PrincipalAccountabilities:

I.1stlevelITsupportincludes:

RecordITservicerequestsintoITCallCentreSystem.

Answer,trouble-shootsimpleenquiriesfromCSPCinternalstaff.

ProvideguidelinesforeffectiveuseofITservicestoCSPCinternalstaff.

Trackproblemtickets.

Assignproblemticketsto2ndlevelITSupportstaff.

Escalatespecial(specific)problemstoITSupportrelevantstaff.

Manageandmaintaindailyoperationaldocuments,weeklyandmonthlyreportsfromITCallCentreSystem.
